SHIPPING/CHARGEBACK

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online.  

Your order should be delivered within 2 to 5 days following order confirmation. We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 additional days for shipping delays. We will update you via email regarding any issues.

**Chargeback Policy Continued**

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt to resolve any issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding their order.

If a chargeback is initiated, we may temporarily suspend the customer's account until the chargeback is resolved. Additionally, we may charge a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback.

By placing an order with us, you are stating that you have read & understand all policies. You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and account suspension.
